CHEESE BISCUITS von DOROTHEA

Zutaten:

4 oz (100g)wholemeal flour
4 oz (100g) butter
4 oz (100g)grated cheddar cheese

Zubereitung:

Work ingredients together to give soft manageable dough, roll out on a lightly floured surface to 1/8''(3mm) thick and stamp out rounds or cut into straws. Bake in the oven at 200 degree C (gas mark 6) for 5-8 minutes, depending on size. Cool on a wire rack.
